Pasta factory and pasta museum
When you mention pasta, Italy naturally comes to mind. However, when it comes to good quality pasta, it’s essential to explore and discover the finest pasta producers committed to respecting the natural products they use and their meticulous processing methods.
Join us on an exploration into the world of pasta, beginning with a visit to the museum of a high-quality pasta factory in Tuscany. To better understand our discussion, we’ll also tour the factory, exploring its various production phases. Established in 1860, this family-run enterprise, now in its fifth generation, continues to uphold its traditions.

Pasta-based lunch
Following the tour, indulge in the delight of tasting this delicious pasta, including the renowned wheat gem pasta. Lunch comprises three delectable pasta dishes, each narrating a different story, along with a delightful dessert—all accompanied by exquisite local wine.

The historical winery
Our journey continues to a winery located in a timeless place, where intellectuals, famous personalities from the international and Italian artistic, cultural, and business world have stayed over the years. From the Florentine family Capponi, through the writer Alessandro Manzoni, to the actor Marcello Mastroianni—this place is even connected with the history of the Agnelli family (Fiat) and the Piaggio family (Vespa) in the 50s.

Explore part of the private historical villa and its typical Italian Renaissance Garden. Visit the modern cellars and the captivating historical cellars where their finest wines age, and savor three distinctive wines where Sangiovese and Syrah grapes take the spotlight.

As a keepsake, you’ll receive a silk-screened wine glass to take home.
